Behaviour
At our school, we believe in the importance of relationships, ensuring children and young people feel valued, safe and secure, providing a sense of connection with a member of staff and a belonging to the whole school community.
Our school reflects the values of understanding behaviour and supporting emotional wellbeing known as Trauma Perceptive Practice (TPP):
- Compassion and Kindness
- Hope
- Connection and Belonging
In conjunction with explicitly teaching our Steeple STAR values of success, thoughtfulness, ambition and resilience, we aim to foster an environment where all children feel happy, safe, secure and able to learn.
Please read the attached policy which is a statement of the aims, principles and strategies for promoting positive behaviour and relationships at Steeple Bumpstead Primary School.
